1. Understand that PO output IDOCs are failed due to incorrect data (Junk data) in the segments (filelds). This might be due to wrong date file input.

2. In the make to stock process currently we are using strategy 40 (Planning with final assembly). This is the only Make to stock strategy available in AFS. As per this strategy PIRs will be consumed by sales orders. But client want to minimise the consumption of PIRs by sales order. So he is adviced to make a document on behaviour of PIR consumption if consumption periods are reduced.
